Excerpt from the discussion:
There're four(4) category/classification namely Core zone, Buffer zone, Inland zone and Renovate zone.

Class1: Those houses in Core zone will have full restoration(including facade, roofing-terracotta, internal structure original design).

Class2: Those houses in Buffer zone will have at minimum restoration(including facade, roofing-terracotta). Internal structure could be original design or modern design).

Class3: Inland zone is gazetted vacant land that when develop will fall under Class2(within Buffer zone).

Class4: Renovate zone. This is when rebuilding of existing modern building(within Buffer zone).

Outside of Buffer zone, there're houses that fall under Class2.
