Malaysia | Penang Properties | MAPEX 2014 | Hottest Property Deal In Town

Despite various property controls been implemented this year http://www.vulcaninternational.blogspot.com/2013/12/20142015-penang-property-my-musings-on.html there will be three-day Malaysia Property Exhibition 2014(Mapex 2014) to be held at G Hotel in Penang starting 2-Feb-2014. The event is been organised by Real Estate & Housing Developers' Association Malaysia(#Redha). It's expected to generate more than 20,000 people turnout during this three-day event. 

It will showcase projects from more than 15 Kuala Lumpur and Penang-based developers. Among major participating developers are IJM Land Bhd, Sunway Grand Sdn Bhd, Chong & Co Sdn Bhd, Boon Siew Group, Airmas Group, UDA Land, DK-MY Properties Sdn Bhd, Tropicana Corp Berhad, Plenitude Bhd, New Bob Realty Sdn Bhd, Bertam Properties Sdn Bhd and East West One Marketing Sdn Bhd.

The event will showcase residential property priced from RM372,000 to RM16mil located in northeast and southwest districts on the Penang Island and on the mainland. Participating developers are targeting Penangites living overseas and other Malaysians who are coming back home to celebrate the Chinese New Year as well as tourists from Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China and the United Kingdom.

Concurrently with Mapex 2014 there will be talks about legal, taxation, and loan aspects of buying property at the same venue.
